Booking & Deposit Information
To secure your pet’s procedure and manage our surgical team, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This ensures our medical staff and facilities are reserved specifically for your companion’s health needs.
This deposit is credited to your final bill, with the remaining balance due upon collection. If your circumstances change, please contact us immediately to discuss your booking and any adjustments.
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of your request to confirm the date. We maintain this strict schedule to stay organized, though we remain supportive if true emergencies arise.
Should the payment window pass without a deposit, your appointment will be released for other pets in need of urgent care. This policy allows us to provide life-saving treatments to our whole community.
