What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and ensure your pet is on a lead or in a secure carrier. Don't forget their favourite treats!
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have dedicated client parking directly outside the practice for easy access with your pets.
What should I do if my pet is nervous?
We are a low-stress clinic. Let us know in advance, and we can arrange a quieter time for your visit or advise on pheromone support to help them feel secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Payment is required at the time of consultation or treatment.
How do you handle out-of-hours care?
For emergencies outside our normal opening hours, we partner with a dedicated local emergency provider. Details are available on our answering machine and website.
