Keep them warm and move them away from any immediate hazards or traffic.

2. Stay Calm & Check

Check their breathing and responsiveness. Do not offer food or water until advised.

3. Call Our Emergency Line

Phone us immediately so we can prepare for your arrival and provide over-the-phone advice.

4. Safe Transport

Keep your pet wrapped in a blanket and travel safely to the practice or emergency center.
